report any visible delivery or freight damage to bare Bones with 48hours of taking possession and include clear photos of the merchandise and any damaged packaging.

Keep all original packaging until you've confirmed your furniture is complete and undamaged. if parts are missing or something doesn't fit correctly, stop assembly and contact Bare Bones before making any modifications.

Damagecaused during unpacking, assembly, moving, modification, or use is not considered delivery or freight damage.
