Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Unopened and unused furniture receives a full refund.
Opened, assembled, or used furniture is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged, abused, stained, altered, or otherwise unsellable merchandise is not returnable.
Free curbside return pickup is available within our delivery area.

Accessories
Accessories may be returned within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.After 48 hours , al accessory sales are final

New Mattresses
New mattresses include a 30-day comfort guarantee.
Approved comfort returns have no restocking fee.

Clearance Mattresses
Clearance mattresses are final sale and are not covered by the 30-day comfort guarantee.

Scratch & Dent / Open-Box Appliances
All sales are final after delivery or pickup.
Cosmetic imperfections are part of the sale and are not grounds for return.
Mechanical or electrical issues are handled through the applicable warranty or protection plan.

Damage & Warranty Issues
Damage, manufacturer defects, and protection-plan claims are handled separately from regular returns.
