DELIVERY POLICY

Bare Bones operates a scheduled route- delivery system. Typical deliveries is 1-2 weeks, depending supplier schedule and your location.

Customers will be notified when their merchandise has been assigned to a delivery route. All deliveries are curbside only. Drivers do not enter homes, move existing furniture, navigate stairs or provide indoor placement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased merchandise will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairways, and other access points. Customers are also responsible that purchased merchandise is appropriately sized for its intended room and final location before delivery. 

if merchandise becomes unavailable before supplier pickup, Bare Bones will contact you to discuss available options.
